As the Owner and Lead Technician at Pinpoint Tech, Benjamin “Ben” Arthaud combines over 15 years of hands-on IT experience with a genuine passion for helping businesses, healthcare clinics, schools, and government offices stay connected and secure. Always eager to learn and grow, Ben continually explores new opportunities and solutions to ensure Pinpoint Tech offers the most reliable and up-to-date services across North Western Missouri.

A proud native of the Chillicothe area, Ben was homeschooled through middle and high school before attending Grand River Tech and NCMC, where he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology. He then served in the United States Army from 2005 to 2012 under the Army Space and Missile Defense Command, 1st Space Brigade, honing his technical skills and dedication to teamwork.

Originally from Chillicothe, Missouri, Dylan was active in both Band and Choir during his time at Chillicothe High School, where he graduated in 2019. He went on to earn a degree in Management Information Systems from Columbia College in 2023, giving him a solid foundation in both the technical and business aspects of IT.
